Andrew Page, the owner of Global Tree Care, spent much of his childhood in his family’s woods, climbing trees and helping his father care for the land. As a result, caring for trees has been a passion throughout his life. The wide range of skills we have at our disposal, and the attention to detail we pay in our work as tree surgeons, reflect Andrew’s longstanding passion for the subject.
Andrew would pursue this passion by studying Land Management and Conservation for two years, which led to him becoming a qualified tree surgeon. He has worked in Uckfield, East Grinstead, Crowborough and many locations across the UK in the following years.
Andrew has had the good fortune to work on everything from small domestic projects to some of the largest estates in the country, including those owned by Her Majesty the Queen. Through these projects, Andrew has built on his existing tree removal, tree pruning, crown work and stump grinding skills. Andrew and the Global Tree Care team can bring expertise and a passion for arboriculture to your project today.
Because of his many contacts and his solid reputation as a tree surgeon, Andrew received an offer to work for a large contracting firm in New Zealand during 2005. During his time there, Andrew worked on some of the largest trees on the South Island in the Nelson region.
The largest tree removal project Andrew undertook during his time in New Zealand involved a tree measuring an impressive 54 metres in height. When Global Tree Care say no job is too big for us, we really mean it! Formed in 2013 after Andrew returned to Uckfield, East Sussex, Global Tree Care began to offer a wide-ranging set of skills to customers in Crowborough, East Grinstead and all surrounding local areas.
